BUSINESS BROADBAND

Broadband matched to your business, not a tier on a list

We check what your premises can actually get, size the connection to how your team works, and back it with business-grade hardware and UK support.

Consumer broadband with a business label is still consumer broadband. We start with a line check on your postcode, look at how many people you have on the connection and what they do with it, then recommend the right product: FTTC, SoGEA or full fibre. Every install includes a business-grade router and a support team that picks up the phone.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why take broadband from a telecoms provider

  • We size the connection for VoIP from day one, so call quality is designed in rather than hoped for.

  • Router arrives configured for your phones, your Wi-Fi and your security.

  • One supplier to call when anything connectivity-related goes wrong.

  • Contract terms explained in plain English before you sign.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Asked before you ask

What broadband speed does my business need?

It depends on headcount and use. As a rule of thumb, a small office doing email, cloud apps and VoIP calls is comfortable from 80Mbps fibre; teams moving large files or running many simultaneous calls should look at full fibre. We check your line and recommend from what is actually available.

Can you install broadband at a new premises?

Yes. Tell us the postcode and move-in date and we will order the line, supply the router and have the connection live for day one wherever lead times allow.

What is SoGEA?

Single Order Generic Ethernet Access: broadband delivered without a traditional phone line underneath. It is the standard replacement for line-based broadband ahead of the 2027 analogue switch-off.
